We intend on using our Osprey Aether and Ariel packs for 3 - 5 days backcountry camping in Michigan. The J zipper to access the interior of the bag is a nice feature, but not sure how I will use that in inclement weather (if using a pack liner, for instance). The pack build is sturdy, feels secure on my back, and is easy to adjust. I ordered the Medium size, which for me, involves the shoulder harness adjusted down almost as short as it can go, and the waist belt sits on my hip bones perfectly. My torso length is 19', my waist is 38 '.
